To achieve this objective, CONTROMET to maintain and
continually update/improve Quality Policies to ensure that:
Requirements of all SERVICES and associated activities are clearly
defined, communicated, understood and agreed by all concerned.
SERVICE specific Procedures, Systems and Controls are established,
implemented and closely monitored to assure compliance with the
particular SERVICE and all associated activities.
CONTROMET’s personnel, vendors and subcontractors are closely
involved with and committed to meeting, if not exceeding, all
requirements by implementing Right First Time (RFT) principles thus
eliminating rework.
Continuous evaluation, improving and updating all CONTROMET’s
Quality Policies and Procedures to better address CLIENTS’
requirements in the most effective and efficient way.
CONTROMET’s QA/QC Management and Personnel are fully authorized
and supported to implement the general Quality Plans, Procedures and
Policies in addition to SERVICE specific ones.
